 Shipping and Delivery Time:

Our processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 8-14 days for your package to arrive.

You'll receive an email with tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to follow your package on our website. It might take a day or two for the tracking info to show up, so don't panic if it's not there right away.

Please note that there might be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances with the supply chain.

 To ensure successful secure delivery:

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once the package is delivered, we can't be held responsible if the address was incorrect.
  • Choose secure delivery location.
  • For credit card security, use the billing address that's on file with your bank.

 In some cases, items from the same order might be shipped separately for logistical reasons. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we appreciate your attention to these details.

 

Occasional Scenarios:

"No Information Available at The Moment" Tracking:

Some shipping companies don’t update their tracking systems regularly. If you haven't received tracking information after three days, please contact us, and we'll assist you promptly.

 Unsuccessful Delivery Caused by Customer:

Sometimes, delays or problems can happen because of things like incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients… etc. In these cases, your local post office, nearby, may hold onto your package or redirect it to a self-pick-up point, causing a delay. To avoid this, make sure your address is correct and try to be available when your package is expected to arrive. If there are any issues, you can always contact your local post office to arrange a redelivery. We appreciate your understanding that we can't be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or recipient-related issues.

 "Delivered" Tracking but No Package:

If the tracking says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local post office, nearby, for a “non-delivery certificate” and “tracking information alerts”, such as incorrect address or unknown recipient.

 Late Shipment:

We apologize for any shipment delays related to current international events causing shipping challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your package takes a little longer than expected. Our team is working hard to minimize these delays.

 Will you be required to pay any customs duties?

Depending on where you live, you might have to pay customs duties on your order. We don't have any control over these charges, and we can't be held responsible for them. When you place an order, you acknowledge that your shipment might be subject to duties upon arrival, and you agree to take care of these fees. Thanks for understanding!
