If you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, don't stress! Our straightforward exchange policy covers you for 14 days after your order arrives. Just drop us an email at info@OpenZonePlaza.com with "Refund/Exchange Request" in the subject line, and we'll take care of the rest.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure you meet these straightforward guidelines:

  • Submit your request within 14 days of your order’s delivery.
  • Provide clear evidence of the issue, like photos of the problem or incorrect item you received.
  • Remember to attach a copy of your order receipt or any proof of purchase.

In some cases, we might need the product back before we can proceed with your request. If that's the case, kindly return the item in its original packaging and condition within 10 days of receiving our confirmation email.

Once we've processed your request, expect your refund within two business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few extra business days for the refund to show up in your account. Please be aware that any fees from your payment service provider are beyond our control.

A quick reminder: Products bought using discount coupons can't be refunded. Additionally, kindly note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, like sending you the wrong item or a faulty product.

We can't be held responsible for product damage or shipping delays caused by unforeseen events like epidemics, international incidents, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, storms, heavy snow, or customs inspections.

Unacceptable Disputes.

We shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  • Issues based on personal preference, such as the buyer's dislike of the product.
  • Concerns regarding unusual product odors.
  • Instances where the buyer mistakenly ordered incorrect items.
  • Cases involving an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.
  • Situations where packages are returned, discarded, or detained due to the recipient's failure to comply with customs clearance requirements mandated by specific countries' foreign trade policies.
